Operate and improve security operations across IT and IT/OT boundaries: administer firewalls, SIEM, and security platforms; monitor and respond to incidents; manage segmentation, patching, and change control; support audits, compliance, and SOC interactions; produce documentation, reporting, and evidence for ISO-aligned controls.

Provide hands-on first/second/third-line IT support for London and regional users, administer Microsoft 365 and Intune, manage user provisioning and device lifecycle, troubleshoot infrastructure, mentor junior staff, maintain documentation, support OT for the data centre, and drive service improvements and reporting.

Provide commercial and financial leadership for data centre development projects: financial modelling, project finance, budgeting, contract risk management, reporting, and stakeholder partnering to ensure project viability and optimize capital expenditure.
