The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic HR guidance to academic and administrative leaders, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and retention. The role manages hiring processes, develops training programs, analyzes workforce data, maintains job descriptions, advises on employment laws and HR practices, and supports performance conversations and improvement plans. This is a hybrid, full-time position requiring strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and HRIS skills.

Two non-tenure-track, remote contract faculty positions to teach in the Online Hybrid JD Program (Criminal Law/Evidence and Business Associations/Tax). Candidates must hold a J.D., demonstrate or show potential for scholarship, and deliver strong synchronous/asynchronous online instruction. Faculty will engage in service, committee work, and public/legal engagement. Appointments begin July 2027; applications reviewed on a rolling basis with priority to those received by Sept 15, 2026.

Provide individual academic counseling and tutoring for law students, design and teach ASP courses, develop academic and bar-preparation programming and resources, coordinate student mentors, track and report student data, collaborate with faculty and institutional partners, and perform administrative duties for the Academic Success Program.

Teach two synchronous online legal writing sections per semester (≈20 students each) in the Online Hybrid JD program, including first-year and capstone appellate advocacy courses. Position is fully remote except for one three-day residency in Burlington. Participate in service, committee work, virtual events, and public engagement; contribute to research and writing. Prepare course materials, assess student work, and support the school's mission of social justice.

Tenure-track law faculty position teaching and researching Constitutional Law and/or Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include classroom instruction, scholarly research, service to the school, and public engagement focused on social justice. Candidates at entry, junior, and senior lateral levels considered. Applications require cover letter, CV, writing sample, and references; start date July 2027 (flexible).

Provide high-level administrative and course support to the Vice Dean for Faculty, including scheduling, correspondence, budget recordkeeping, faculty committee coordination, course evaluation management, ExamSoft exam proctoring, website directory updates, travel arrangements, and general front-desk duties. Maintain confidentiality, manage multiple projects, and support dean-level events and meetings.
