Leads institutional human resources compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, immigration administration, leave and accommodation programs, policy development, faculty employment contracts, and HR risk management. Advises leaders and managers on employment practices, partners with legal counsel, oversees payroll-related faculty documentation, and supervises HR staff. The role requires extensive knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, investigations, policy development, contracts, and higher education employment administration.

Coordinates the Institute for Energy and the Environment’s operations, events, communications, student and faculty support, budgeting, research, fundraising, and grant reporting. The role also supports campus sustainability initiatives, tracks energy and fuel consumption data, edits reports, and builds relationships with internal departments and external partners. Requires strong organization, writing, communication, project management, and interest in energy and environmental issues.

The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic HR guidance to academic and administrative leaders, supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and retention. The role manages hiring processes, develops training programs, analyzes workforce data, maintains job descriptions, advises on employment laws and HR practices, and supports performance conversations and improvement plans. This is a hybrid, full-time position requiring strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and HRIS skills.
