Provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for an online hybrid J.D. program. Oversee accreditation compliance, curriculum quality, faculty recruitment and development, student success and advising, program operations, instructional design and technology, assessment and data-driven improvement, strategic planning, enrollment and alumni engagement, budgeting, and personnel. Serve on senior leadership team and represent the program externally. Regular travel required for residencies and institutional responsibilities.

Provide administrative and operational support for the JD Externship Program: coordinate placements and events, assist students and faculty, manage program communications and records, track budget, maintain placement database, serve as primary contact for external organizations, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide high-level administrative and course support to the Vice Dean for Faculty, including scheduling, correspondence, budget recordkeeping, faculty committee coordination, course evaluation management, ExamSoft exam proctoring, website directory updates, travel arrangements, and general front-desk duties. Maintain confidentiality, manage multiple projects, and support dean-level events and meetings.
