The Government Relations & Public Policy Manager develops strategies for influencing public policies related to DNS governance and cyber security, engages with regulators and international organizations, and prepares policy briefings and analyses.

Supports Verisign’s Registry-Registrar Compliance team by administering compliance programs, reviewing contractual and ICANN policy compliance, participating in audits, preparing reports and documentation, maintaining compliance tracking databases, and managing DNS Abuse cases. The role coordinates with legal, registrars, ICANN, and internal departments to ensure contractual obligations, policies, deadlines, and standard operating procedures are followed.

Designs, implements, administers, and enhances BeyondTrust PAM and Microsoft Entra ID solutions. Integrates privileged access platforms with enterprise applications, directories, infrastructure, MFA, IAM, IGA, and SSO technologies. Develops PowerShell and Python automation, manages privileged accounts and credentials, supports access reviews and compliance controls, and partners with architecture and security teams on Zero Trust and least-privilege initiatives. Provides documentation, testing, deployment, production support, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

Designs and implements horizontally scalable, highly available platform capabilities for Verisign’s ATLAS infrastructure. Develops system-level software, automates infrastructure and deployments, and applies CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and platform engineering practices. Collaborates in an Agile team to solve complex problems, mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot issues, and improve productivity and code quality.

Build, operate, and maintain Verisign's Infoblox DDI platform; implement monitoring and automation for provisioning, cleanup, and compliance; troubleshoot DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents and implement permanent fixes; produce runbooks and ensure vulnerability and security compliance; participate in 24x7 tier-3 on-call rotation.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Top-Level Domain products, driving concept lifecycle from ideation to launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop strategic assessments, produce reports and training, and ensure product delivery meets business objectives.
