Leads creative services operations for an internal agency, managing project intake, scopes, timelines, budgets, risks, staffing, workflows, and quality assurance across multiple creative initiatives. Serves as the primary liaison for internal clients and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring requirements, approvals, milestones, and feedback remain aligned. Partners with creative leadership on capacity planning, process improvement, stakeholder relationships, and timely delivery of design, UX research, advertising, and other creative assets.

Leads complex, large-scale software projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating engineering, operations, security, corporate, and business teams. Defines scope, requirements, roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and success metrics; manages risks, dependencies, issues, and change control. Facilitates technical issue resolution, stakeholder communication, executive reviews, and cross-functional decisions while improving project management practices and delivery effectiveness.

Develop and lead Verisign’s global Internet interconnection strategy, including peering, transit, Internet Exchange participation, routing policy, traffic engineering, capacity planning, and network optimization. Manage strategic relationships and negotiate agreements with carriers, cloud providers, ISPs, IX operators, and content networks. Improve resiliency, latency, performance, and transit costs while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and presenting metrics to senior leadership.
