Serve as the technical bridge between enterprise clients, Sales, Onboarding, Engineering, and integration partners. Scope and architect API integrations, configure data mappings, manage deployments and go-lives, conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshoot XML/JSON payloads, OAuth, permissions, and synchronization issues, and coordinate escalations. Maintain partner integrations, validate software updates, document workflows and implementation requirements, create Jira tickets, and support technical enablement through demonstrations, documentation, and webinars.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified appointments for Account Executives. Research prospects, manage the Salesforce pipeline, educate potential clients about pre-employment services, support webinars and conferences, qualify leads, and maintain accurate CRM activity. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams while building relationships with prospective customers and supporting the sales cycle.
