Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to set meetings for Account Executives. Tasks include ~50 outbound calls and ~50 outreach touchpoints daily, researching prospects, managing CRM (Salesforce), educating prospects on pre-employment services, driving webinar/conference attendance, and tracking activity and lead qualification. Collaborates with sales and marketing.

Manage and grow client relationships for pre-employment screening services. Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, monitor client health, deliver business reviews, resolve at-risk accounts, match products to hiring needs, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
