The Financial Analyst performs job-level costing, profitability and margin analysis, pricing model maintenance, and operational financial analysis. The role owns the LEAP/SalesPro pricing tool, reconciles data across systems, updates cost assumptions, partners with operations and accounting, and delivers actionable insights and executive-ready reporting. This is a fully on-site Dallas role with limited to no travel.
