Processes weekly payroll for commission-based sales representatives, piece-rate laborers, hourly employees, and salaried staff. Calculates and audits commissions, incentives, deductions, benefits contributions, and payroll reports. Ensures compliance with wage laws, reconciles payroll and benefits data, investigates discrepancies, supports compensation plan changes, and responds to employee inquiries. The role partners with sales, operations, accounting, HR, benefits providers, and IT while maintaining documentation and audit trails.

The Financial Analyst performs job-level costing, profitability and margin analysis, pricing model maintenance, and operational financial analysis. The role owns the LEAP/SalesPro pricing tool, reconciles data across systems, updates cost assumptions, partners with operations and accounting, and delivers actionable insights and executive-ready reporting. This is a fully on-site Dallas role with limited to no travel.
