Manage and improve electro-mechanical manufacturing processes, supporting production, quality, and product development teams. Responsibilities include process validation, tooling and test equipment design, automation, workflow optimization, failure investigations, CAPA activities, tolerance analysis, documentation, and design-for-manufacturing input. The role also supports new product introduction, prototype builds, quality-system compliance, and productivity improvements while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Leads end-to-end program execution for Verathon’s airway medical-device portfolio, including new products, platform extensions, sustaining programs, and VAVE initiatives. Owns budgets, schedules, resources, metrics, risks, and delivery outcomes in a regulated environment. Builds program governance and process capabilities, leads change management, partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and QA/RA, manages external partners, and coaches a team of seven program managers.

Supports accounts payable and broader finance activities for Verathon’s EMEA entities. Responsibilities include processing invoices, coordinating banking activities, assisting with accruals, reconciliations, month-end close, statutory declarations, audits, controllership projects, process documentation, and management reporting. The role requires accurate, organized, independent work, strong communication, and collaboration across multicultural teams.

Leads a 6–10-person software engineering team developing applications for medical imaging devices. Oversees architecture, implementation, verification, validation, project delivery, agile processes, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Mentors engineers, manages external development resources, and ensures compliance with medical-device standards. Defines software organization strategy, scales engineering capacity, and drives adoption of Generative AI to improve productivity, quality, innovation, and development efficiency.

Owns distributor performance and commercial growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Responsibilities include selecting and negotiating with channel partners, delivering clinical and sales training, managing forecasts and revenue targets, overseeing healthcare tenders and public bids, developing TCO and health-economic value propositions, monitoring compliance, and building relationships with healthcare institutions, government agencies, KOLs, and regulatory stakeholders.
