The Operations Intern will shadow supervisors in a citrus juice manufacturing plant, gaining hands-on experience in operations, food safety, and production processes while supporting key initiatives and learning industry best practices.

The HR Manager oversees all HR functions in a manufacturing facility, focusing on labor relations, compliance, recruitment, and training. They serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and manage union interactions while developing training programs and ensuring safety compliance.

Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs; build leadership development, career pathways, competency models, and IDPs; manage onboarding, compliance training, learning records (Paycom), and measure training effectiveness while partnering with HR, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Production leaders.

Lead and build a consolidated procurement and supply chain function covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and transportation. Design strategy, policies, systems, and team structure; drive supplier contracts, demand planning, 3PL/ carrier management, cost savings, compliance, and cross-functional integration while partnering with executive leadership.
