Provides direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and VP of Sales and Planning. Manages calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, correspondence, presentations, confidential files, contracts, office supplies, and executive communications. Tracks projects and action items, coordinates corporate events, welcomes visitors, and supports special projects while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong prioritization.

Supports environmental, health, and safety compliance across Visalia and Tipton facilities. Responsibilities include regulatory permitting and reporting, inspections, audits, safety training, hazard assessments, incident investigations, corrective-action tracking, emergency preparedness, recordkeeping, and employee coaching. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, Human Resources, Project Management, and Quality teams. The role requires regular travel between facilities and participation in an on-call rotation for incidents, releases, and emergencies.

The HR Manager oversees all HR functions in a manufacturing facility, focusing on labor relations, compliance, recruitment, and training. They serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and manage union interactions while developing training programs and ensuring safety compliance.

Lead and build a consolidated procurement and supply chain function covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and transportation. Design strategy, policies, systems, and team structure; drive supplier contracts, demand planning, 3PL/ carrier management, cost savings, compliance, and cross-functional integration while partnering with executive leadership.
