The HR Manager oversees all HR functions in a manufacturing facility, focusing on labor relations, compliance, recruitment, and training. They serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and manage union interactions while developing training programs and ensuring safety compliance.

Lead bi-weekly payroll for union and non-union employees, oversee payroll staff, ensure compliance with wage and tax laws, manage payroll tax reporting and reconciliations, support month/end close, prepare payroll-related journal entries and reports, analyze labor costs, and provide backup support for core accounting functions.

Lead and build a consolidated procurement and supply chain function covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and transportation. Design strategy, policies, systems, and team structure; drive supplier contracts, demand planning, 3PL/ carrier management, cost savings, compliance, and cross-functional integration while partnering with executive leadership.
