Develop and revise U.S. Air Force public health Career Development Courses, Qualification Training Packages, lesson plans, test items, and training references using ISD and ADDIE methodologies. Analyze and validate course content, incorporate technician and student feedback, collaborate with subject matter experts and DoD leadership, maintain training records, support workshops and education plans, and prepare monthly and technical reports.

Manages contractor staff, resources, deliverables, and compliance across multiple Federal task orders, projects, and locations. Develop and validate SAS programs to produce TLFs, generate SDTM/ADaM/SEND datasets, create define.xml and reviewer guides, support interim/final analyses and FDA submission packages, and maintain documentation and standards while collaborating with Clinical Data Management and Biostatistics.
