Job Summary
The DADMS Analyst / Management Analyst II manages software and hardware registration within the DoD Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and performs analytic support for IT asset management activities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Validate, process, and track DADMS submissions for software/hardware.
- Analyze inventory data to ensure compliance with DoD IT portfolio management requirements.
- Prepare reports, data summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with program offices, engineers, and cybersecurity personnel.
- Support lifecycle management and configuration control processes.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of DoD IT inventory or compliance experience.
- Familiarity with IT asset management databases or configuration systems.
- Experience with eMASS or DITPR.
- Background in data analytics.
- Secret clearance.
- None required; ITIL preferred.
