Description
The Program Manager will provide overall management and oversight of contractor staff and deliverables across multiple task orders supporting Federal records and information management requirements. The position is responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating personnel and resources across concurrent task orders, projects, and locations; ensuring contract compliance and the quality and timeliness of all deliverables; overseeing document processing, information management, and records management operations; and serving as the primary point of contact for the Federal Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The Program Manager will work collaboratively with Federal stakeholders, task order leads, and technical staff to meet performance standards and support the Government's mission objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, public administration, or Records Information Management related discipline. For Records Information Management, related disciplines include Records Management, Information Management, Library Sciences, Information Science, Archive Sciences, Law, History, and Historical Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a Federal environment.
- Project management experience must include directing, managing, and coordinating resources and staff across multiple task orders or projects and multiple locations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contracts analysis, contract compliance, document processing, information management, and records management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Federal Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) and ensure timely response for all communications and deliverables across all task orders.
- Professional certification in Records Information Management or Project Management should be noted on the application.
Skills Required
