The role targets prospective partners, communicates partnership value, secures agreements, coordinates enablement, aligns partners with sales teams, and delivers partner revenue, growth, quality, and profitability objectives. It also requires maintaining accurate CRM data, reporting on opportunities and trends, and traveling to conferences, partner offices, and events as needed.

Supports Technical Adoption Managers with post-implementation configuration, optimization, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for customer Vena solutions. Configures data models, templates, reports, workflows, and integrations; validates data feeds and configuration changes; resolves performance and data issues; and develops scalable templates and best practices. The role also contributes to customer adoption, utilization, retention, and value realization KPIs through accurate, efficient execution.

Present and demonstrate Vena’s platform to existing customers and prospective partners, identify business needs, recommend expanded use cases, and support expansion and retention strategies. Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing on adoption initiatives, onboard and enable partners, deliver product demonstrations, and position Vena against competitive technologies. The role requires strong FP&A and CPM knowledge, advanced Excel skills, executive presentation ability, and occasional customer travel.

Own the product area and roadmap, align product strategy with business goals, prioritize features, define MVPs, and guide iterative launches. Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, researchers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Conduct user research and feedback sessions, develop prototypes, represent user needs, support go-to-market efforts, and use analytics, A/B testing, and AI opportunities to improve product value, acquisition, expansion, and retention.

Presents and demonstrates the Vena platform to prospective customers, translating business requirements into tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations. Partners with Sales Managers on solution recommendations, sales strategy, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses. Develops demonstration assets, communicates technical information to varied audiences, and positions Vena against competitive products. The role requires strong financial planning knowledge, advanced Excel skills, executive presentation abilities, and occasional customer travel.

Supports the SaaS Technology and Operations team by improving platform observability, scalability, stability, and security. Responsibilities include incident and change management, runbook creation, request triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, infrastructure as code, SLA reporting, monitoring service health, and on-call participation. The role uses AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, databases, messaging systems, Python-based DevOps tools, and monitoring platforms including Datadog and CloudWatch.

Architects and builds complex proof-of-concept solutions for prospects using the Vena platform. Leads POC projects from requirements analysis through design, integration, testing, documentation, and delivery. Manages timelines, scope, resource allocation, escalations, and continuous process improvement. Partners with Solutions Consultants and prospects, mentors team members, develops industry and competitive solutions, and supports demos, sales workshops, battlecards, and productized offerings.

Develop and maintain Vena’s C#/.NET Excel Desktop Add-in. Responsibilities include improving performance and features, upgrading libraries, resolving bugs, supporting test automation, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, documenting issues, planning technical improvements, and mentoring developers. The role requires strong Windows desktop development experience, object-oriented design knowledge, Agile experience, and the ability to work independently.

Build and operate scalable, resilient, distributed services across AWS and Azure. The Senior Site Reliability Developer will automate infrastructure, develop platforms and frameworks, establish monitoring and incident response practices, define runbooks, reduce operational toil, lead delivery projects, mentor engineers, and participate in technical interviews and on-call rotations. The role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, telemetry, and SRE practices including SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.

Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, 6sense, tracking, and ad-tech tools. Maintain lead routing, scoring, lifecycle automation, data governance, nurture workflows, campaign reporting, attribution, and ROI dashboards. The Product Owner will support Vena’s data integrations and extensibility portfolio by translating product strategy into requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include backlog management, sprint planning, customer and partner feedback analysis, release performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires understanding REST APIs, ETL pipelines, integration patterns, secure data handling, API management, and Agile delivery within a B2B SaaS environment.

Own the AI product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Vena’s FP&A platform. Define requirements, manage software development lifecycles, validate solutions with users, and collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders. Build and launch AI agents and enhancements, apply design thinking, analyze product performance data, and align roadmaps with customer and business outcomes.

The Associate Product Manager will help shape product strategy, prioritize backlogs, validate customer and market hypotheses, and guide development of new products and features. Responsibilities include customer research, competitive analysis, KPI development, experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders. Experience with EPM or FP&A software, SaaS, quantitative research, and agile development is sought.

Support customer implementations of the Vena financial planning platform by configuring data models, financial templates, reports, integrations, and automated workflows. Participate in customer workshops, gather requirements, enable product adoption, meet satisfaction and time-to-value goals, and collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule and budget. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, Excel, and data integration skills, with travel as required.

Coordinates and facilitates RFP, RFI, RFQ, and IT/security questionnaire responses for the global Sales team. Evaluates procurement requests, collaborates with technical and sales stakeholders, develops submission plans, manages deadlines, interprets technical requirements, and reviews deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy. Supports compelling proposals that communicate the company’s value proposition and help drive revenue growth.

Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps. Partner with business and IT to design scalable, secure solutions, govern architecture decisions, rationalize systems, modernize legacy platforms, and build data/integration foundations to enable analytics and AI. Influence stakeholders, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead architecture due diligence for acquisitions.
