Lead architecture and hands-on development for Vena's C#/.NET Excel desktop add-in. Drive feature design, upgrades, performance optimization, complex bug fixes, cross-team collaboration, mentoring, and technical initiatives to improve code and product quality while working on a distributed, remote-first team.

Design, build, monitor and scale an enterprise data warehouse and pipelines. Lead data integration, ETL design, source-to-target mapping, reusable frameworks, automated testing/CI, and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, governed analytics for product, marketing and HR use cases.

Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Vena customers, driving retention, renewals, upsell and expansion. Build multi-threaded relationships, create account plans, manage quote-to-order and forecasting, monitor account health using data, mitigate churn, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, value realization, and long-term customer success.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-focused features: define roadmap and MVP, collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders, run user research and prototypes, prioritize features, and support go-to-market and cross-functional launches to drive acquisition, expansion and retention.

Own and manage a portfolio of Vena customers, build strong client relationships, provide design/architectural guidance, deliver training, perform technical configuration (data modeling, Vena scripts, template design), support strategic roadmaps, and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion.

Lead a backend Core Engineering team to deliver and modernize Vena's core platform. Provide technical leadership, hands-on engineering, system design, risk mitigation, mentoring, roadmap execution, and champion engineering best practices and AI-driven tooling to improve productivity and codebase health.

Architect and modernize Vena’s cloud-native backend platform. Lead design, performance optimization, and complex bug resolution. Mentor engineers, drive major technical initiatives, partner with product/architecture, and adopt AI-driven tooling to improve code quality, performance, and delivery.

Lead and deliver front-end engineering for a cloud-native SaaS product: drive architecture and design system ownership, modernize core front-end infrastructure, mentor engineers, manage technical debt and roadmaps, collaborate with PMs and designers, and contribute hands-on code while promoting AI-driven development practices to improve productivity and quality.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to qualify leads, engage C-level and mid-market contacts, build pipeline for Regional Sales Managers, drive prospects to events, and track sales activity in Salesforce to help close opportunities.

Build, maintain, and modernize front-end features and design system for Vena's core platform. Fix complex bugs and performance issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve testing and accessibility, mentor teammates, and drive adoption of AI-driven development practices.

Own product execution for Insights by collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, set KPIs using data insights, drive adoption, monitor releases against acceptance criteria, improve agile practices, and influence strategic product vision to deliver commercial impact.

Own and drive solution architecture and roadmap for cloud SaaS product features. Translate business requirements into resilient designs, validate engineering implementations, support Scrum teams, maintain architecture artifacts, participate in governance, and run PoCs to promote innovation while ensuring non-functional requirements and security standards.

Maintain and upgrade software, hardware, and network infrastructure; provide L2 support; manage IAM, backups, security (patching, antivirus, firewalls, IDS) and Vena servers; administer LAN/WAN services; document procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable IT operations.

Develop scalable, performant back-end components for a SaaS cloud product: write clean code, prototype, refactor, optimize, and contribute to CI/automated testing. Collaborate cross-functionally, adopt modern cloud technologies, and work in an Agile environment.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting to engage SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise prospects. Qualify leads, converse with C-level and managers, build pipeline with Regional Sales Managers, drive attendance to webinars/events, track activity in Salesforce, and support marketing initiatives to influence the market.

Develop and deliver scalable SaaS features, focusing on backend systems. Perform code reviews, improve code quality, mentor and coach developers, prioritize work, communicate across teams, and drive development best practices and initiatives.

Join the STO team to improve observability, scalability, stability and security of a SaaS platform. Support ITIL processes, define runbooks, triage incidents to meet SLAs, maintain live services, troubleshoot root causes, work with IaC and CI/CD, collaborate cross-functionally, report performance metrics, and participate in on-call rotation.

Execute post-implementation configuration, testing, and optimization of Vena solutions to support customer adoption. Configure data models, templates, reports, workflows, and integrations; validate data feeds; troubleshoot issues; document changes; and contribute reusable templates and best practices to improve adoption, efficiency, and retention metrics.

Own and execute integrations product work with product managers, designers, and engineers. Define requirements, validate hypotheses using data, assess release outcomes, monitor delivery, improve agile practices, and drive strategic product vision to deliver data integration and ETL features for a B2B SaaS product.
