Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, 6sense, tracking, and ad-tech tools. Own the AI product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Vena’s FP&A platform. Define requirements, manage software development lifecycles, validate solutions with users, and collaborate with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders. Build and launch AI agents and enhancements, apply design thinking, analyze product performance data, and align roadmaps with customer and business outcomes.

The Associate Product Manager will help shape product strategy, prioritize backlogs, validate customer and market hypotheses, and guide development of new products and features. Responsibilities include customer research, competitive analysis, KPI development, experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, architecture, and business stakeholders. Experience with EPM or FP&A software, SaaS, quantitative research, and agile development is sought.

Support customer implementations of the Vena financial planning platform by configuring data models, financial templates, reports, integrations, and automated workflows. Participate in customer workshops, gather requirements, enable product adoption, meet satisfaction and time-to-value goals, and collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on schedule and budget. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, Excel, and data integration skills, with travel as required.

Coordinates and facilitates RFP, RFI, RFQ, and IT/security questionnaire responses for the global Sales team. Evaluates procurement requests, collaborates with technical and sales stakeholders, develops submission plans, manages deadlines, interprets technical requirements, and reviews deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy. Supports compelling proposals that communicate the company’s value proposition and help drive revenue growth.

Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps. Lead a backend Core Engineering team to deliver and modernize Vena's core platform. Provide technical leadership, hands-on engineering, system design, risk mitigation, mentoring, roadmap execution, and champion engineering best practices and AI-driven tooling to improve productivity and codebase health.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to qualify leads, engage C-level and mid-market contacts, build pipeline for Regional Sales Managers, drive prospects to events, and track sales activity in Salesforce to help close opportunities.

Own and manage a portfolio of Vena customers, build strong client relationships, provide design/architectural guidance, deliver training, perform technical configuration (data modeling, Vena scripts, template design), support strategic roadmaps, and partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and expansion.

Join the STO team to improve observability, scalability, stability, and security of a SaaS platform. Triage incidents, define runbooks, manage services with IaC, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot root causes, collaborate in Agile teams, and participate in an on-call rotation to meet operational SLAs.

Perform high-volume outbound prospecting to engage SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise prospects. Qualify leads, converse with C-level and managers, build pipeline with Regional Sales Managers, drive attendance to webinars/events, track activity in Salesforce, and support marketing initiatives to influence the market.

Lead and grow a global Developer Experience team to define and execute a GenAI-first platform strategy. Improve developer productivity via AI-assisted tooling, CI/CD, source control, artifact management, and automation. Partner with Product & Development to remove friction, measure delivery with DORA/flow metrics, mentor engineers, and deliver an internal developer platform that accelerates high-quality, predictable delivery.

Lead a software engineering team for a cloud-native SaaS product, drive system design with architects, deliver high-impact product enhancements, mentor engineers, improve codebase quality, manage roadmaps and risks, and promote AI-driven development and engineering best practices.

Implement Vena for customers: configure data models, financial templates and reports, integrate data, automate workflows, run workshops to gather requirements, enable adoption, and work with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Develop and deliver scalable SaaS features, focusing on backend systems. Perform code reviews, improve code quality, mentor and coach developers, prioritize work, communicate across teams, and drive development best practices and initiatives.
