Own product execution for Insights by collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, set KPIs using data insights, drive adoption, monitor releases against acceptance criteria, improve agile practices, and influence strategic product vision to deliver commercial impact.

Own and drive solution architecture and roadmap for cloud SaaS product features. Translate business requirements into resilient designs, validate engineering implementations, support Scrum teams, maintain architecture artifacts, participate in governance, and run PoCs to promote innovation while ensuring non-functional requirements and security standards.

Drive AI transformation across post-sales CX by identifying use cases, prioritizing a CX AI backlog, and designing and building production-grade LLM/GenAI tools, integrations, and agentic workflows. Partner with Product, IT, Security, and Data to ensure governance and scalability, then enable adoption through training, playbooks, and change management. May require occasional travel.

Deliver remote and in-person instructor-led training and webinars for customers, partners, and internal teams. Design and maintain curriculum and training materials using instructional design and adult learning principles. Maintain LMS records, support learner/session management, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with training operations and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and execute partner marketing and GTM initiatives: manage campaign timelines, MDF administration, partner portal content, reporting COE, enablement support, AI-agent version control, automation improvements, and stakeholder communications to scale partner experiences.

Maintain and upgrade software, hardware, and network infrastructure; provide L2 support; manage IAM, backups, security (patching, antivirus, firewalls, IDS) and Vena servers; administer LAN/WAN services; document procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable IT operations.

Join the STO team to improve observability, scalability, stability and security of a SaaS platform. Support ITIL processes, define runbooks, triage incidents to meet SLAs, maintain live services, troubleshoot root causes, work with IaC and CI/CD, collaborate cross-functionally, report performance metrics, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead and grow one or more software development teams in an agile SaaS environment. Define roadmaps with Product and Architecture, drive delivery and quality, mentor engineers, recruit and onboard talent, remove blockers, monitor team health, communicate with stakeholders, and champion AI-driven tooling and process improvements to boost engineering productivity.

Execute post-implementation configuration, testing, and optimization of Vena solutions to support customer adoption. Configure data models, templates, reports, workflows, and integrations; validate data feeds; troubleshoot issues; document changes; and contribute reusable templates and best practices to improve adoption, efficiency, and retention metrics.

Designs and builds scalable, resilient services; guides teams on architecture and automation; resolves difficult bugs; drives product-quality and performance initiatives; engages cross-team stakeholders and fosters engineering excellence.

Own and execute integrations product work with product managers, designers, and engineers. Define requirements, validate hypotheses using data, assess release outcomes, monitor delivery, improve agile practices, and drive strategic product vision to deliver data integration and ETL features for a B2B SaaS product.

Lead a software engineering team for a cloud-native SaaS product, drive system design with architects, deliver high-impact product enhancements, mentor engineers, improve codebase quality, manage roadmaps and risks, and promote AI-driven development and engineering best practices.

Own and evolve the solution architecture for Acterys within a cloud SaaS platform. Design scalable, secure, high-performance data-rich systems; guide engineering delivery, perform design reviews, maintain architecture artifacts, enable teams, drive proofs-of-concept, and promote AI-assisted tooling and governance.

Lead and mentor a software development team in an agile SaaS environment. Define team roadmap with Product and Architecture, drive delivery quality, mitigate development risks, recruit and grow developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster continuous improvement and an inclusive culture.
