Coordinates and facilitates RFP, RFI, RFQ, and IT/security questionnaire responses for the global Sales team. Evaluates procurement requests, collaborates with technical and sales stakeholders, develops submission plans, manages deadlines, interprets technical requirements, and reviews deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy. Supports compelling proposals that communicate the company’s value proposition and help drive revenue growth.

Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps. Partner with business and IT to design scalable, secure solutions, govern architecture decisions, rationalize systems, modernize legacy platforms, and build data/integration foundations to enable analytics and AI. Influence stakeholders, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead architecture due diligence for acquisitions.

Build, maintain, and modernize front-end features and design system for Vena's core platform. Fix complex bugs and performance issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve testing and accessibility, mentor teammates, and drive adoption of AI-driven development practices.
