Implement Vena’s EPM platform from initiation through close by configuring data models, financial templates, reports, integrations, and automated workflows. Facilitate customer workshops, gather requirements, support adoption, and improve time to value. Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget while providing strong client communication and problem solving.

Build, maintain, and modernize front-end features and design system for Vena's core platform. Fix complex bugs and performance issues, conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve testing and accessibility, mentor teammates, and drive adoption of AI-driven development practices.

Leads Account Managers to improve customer retention, renewals, expansion, and long-term value. Owns segment-level renewal health, risk mitigation, customer metrics, resource prioritization, reporting, and operating cadence. Coaches managers and senior individual contributors, develops succession plans, drives adoption of best practices, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and leadership. May travel for customer events.
