Partner with CX leaders to own OpEx and headcount planning, lead monthly forecasts, build and maintain Pigment-based OpEx and workforce models, deliver variance analysis and recurring CX reporting, align actuals/forecast/budget, prepare QBR and executive materials, and translate financial results into actionable operational insights using NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, Hyperion, Concur, and Navan.

Manage consolidated ASC 740 income tax provision and SEC tax disclosures, prepare and review US federal/state tax returns, analyze deferred taxes and uncertain tax positions, support audits, SOX controls, and international tax issues (GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, FTC).

Lead product strategy and roadmap for assessments and data mapping automation. Build AI-powered privacy automation, data discovery/classification, enterprise data mapping/lineage, workflow orchestration, regulatory reporting, and integrations. Partner cross-functionally and with customers to deliver scalable privacy operations, drive roadmap execution, and operationalize AI-driven governance across enterprise SaaS and cloud ecosystems.

Manage named commercial account renewals and expansions to exceed quota.
