Generate and qualify marketing- and outbound-generated demand for strategic accounts, identify buying-group members, nurture prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for account executives. Manage prospecting activity and cadences in Salesforce, conduct calls and digital outreach, collaborate with sales teams, maintain product knowledge, and meet monthly KPIs. Participate in events, call-out days, and ongoing sales and product enablement.

Develop and maintain frontend interfaces for Veeam products using React and TypeScript. Responsibilities include building UI elements, extending existing components, preventing memory leaks, optimizing traffic, and working with micro-frontend architecture. The role involves modern frontend tooling, automated testing, reactive programming, and REST client integration.

Manage end-to-end subscription and maintenance renewals for commercial customers. Build renewal pipelines, forecast performance, mitigate churn, negotiate commercial terms, and identify opportunities for upgrades, expansion, cross-selling, and reactivation. The role involves managing high-volume customer portfolios, collaborating with account teams and channel partners, maintaining accurate CRM records, and achieving renewal and expansion quotas.
