Designs and maintains data marts, ETL/ELT pipelines, dimensional data models, and recurring reporting datasets. Transforms raw data using SQL and Python, orchestrates production workflows with Azure Data Factory and Databricks, and implements data quality checks and reconciliations. Monitors pipeline health, troubleshoots failures, documents data processes, and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, business stakeholders, architecture, and DevOps teams. The role is fully remote but restricted to candidates permanently located in Romania.

Provides on-site and remote IT support for office employees, resolving and escalating service desk tickets, supporting hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and AV equipment. Manages device inventory, repairs, user onboarding and offboarding, account administration, and asset records. Supports Active Directory, Microsoft environments, ticketing systems, and remote users while maintaining knowledge-base documentation and meeting SLA targets.

Leads the design, operation, and evolution of global Azure and multi-cloud infrastructure for enterprise SaaS platforms. Responsibilities include Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud networking, identity and governance, disaster recovery, high availability, security, automation, developer platform improvements, and operational excellence. The role provides technical leadership, mentorship, architecture guidance, and cross-functional collaboration with security, compliance, operations, and engineering teams.
