Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors and corporate acquirers. Apply industry expertise to assess business performance, risks, synergies, and value-creation opportunities; contribute to financial, operational, commercial, IT, tax, legal, or environmental workstreams; present findings to executives and investors; and support post-close integration, 100-day planning, and business-system implementation.

Conduct environmental, health, safety, and ESG due diligence for acquisitions in high-risk industrial sectors. Review environmental site assessments, contamination, permits, EHS programs, safety records, enforcement actions, emissions, and sustainability exposure. Estimate remediation and compliance costs, recommend indemnities or price adjustments, and lead post-acquisition EHS integration and safety improvement plans.

Conduct legal due diligence for acquisitions by reviewing contracts, litigation, governance, employment obligations, intellectual property, trade compliance, and regulatory matters. Identify risks affecting deal value and translate findings into transaction protections with outside counsel. After closing, lead contract novation, entity cleanup, compliance programs, and governance processes as an interim general counsel or operating partner.

Conduct commercial due diligence for prospective acquisitions by sizing markets, assessing competition, interviewing customers and experts, analyzing customer economics, and testing revenue forecasts. Build downside, base, and upside cases, identify pricing and growth opportunities, and lead post-close commercial initiatives involving sales, pricing, channels, and add-on acquisitions.

Leads a distressed manufacturing turnaround over a 6–12 month contract. Responsibilities include liquidity management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, lender and creditor negotiations, product-line profitability analysis, cost reduction, debt restructuring, site closures, divestitures, Chapter 11 or Section 363 preparation, and reporting to boards, sponsors, and lenders.

Interim Controller stabilizes accounting functions by managing month-end and year-end close, reconciling balance sheets, correcting legacy issues, supporting ERP transitions and data migration, strengthening internal controls, preparing audits, managing accounting teams, and assisting CFOs or sponsors with reporting, diligence, and quality of earnings work. The role requires rapid deployment, manufacturing accounting expertise, hands-on ERP experience, and on-site work five days per week.

Leads post-merger integration for manufacturing businesses, owning the integration plan, IMO cadence, synergy capture, operational and systems integration, organizational design, cultural alignment, stakeholder communications, day-one readiness, and first-100-day execution. Reports to executive, board, and private equity sponsor stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring customer and supplier continuity.

Interim technology executive leading ERP selection, migration, and consolidation across multiple manufacturing sites. Owns program governance, budgets, timelines, board and sponsor reporting, post-acquisition integration, data cleanup, cutover execution, application rationalization, cybersecurity readiness, IT organization design, vendor management, and analytics improvements. Requires extensive IT leadership and multiple end-to-end manufacturing ERP implementations without disrupting production or customer delivery.
