Leads a distressed manufacturing turnaround over a 6–12 month contract. Responsibilities include liquidity management, 13-week cash flow forecasting, lender and creditor negotiations, product-line profitability analysis, cost reduction, debt restructuring, site closures, divestitures, Chapter 11 or Section 363 preparation, and reporting to boards, sponsors, and lenders.

Interim Controller stabilizes accounting functions by managing month-end and year-end close, reconciling balance sheets, correcting legacy issues, supporting ERP transitions and data migration, strengthening internal controls, preparing audits, managing accounting teams, and assisting CFOs or sponsors with reporting, diligence, and quality of earnings work. The role requires rapid deployment, manufacturing accounting expertise, hands-on ERP experience, and on-site work five days per week.

Leads a six- to twelve-month manufacturing transformation focused on eliminating waste, increasing throughput, and improving margins. Responsibilities include value stream mapping, bottleneck optimization, changeover and cycle-time reduction, line balancing, scrap and rework reduction, standard work, visual management, Kaizen facilitation, and financial validation. The lead will establish daily management systems and train site personnel to sustain improvements after the engagement. The role requires on-site work five days per week with frequent CONUS travel.
