As a Customer Experience Representative, you will manage inbound inquiries, provide accurate information about pharmaceutical products, and escalate complex issues while promoting a service-oriented approach.

Manage and support company devices, networks, software, and cloud services. Administer GCP and Google Workspace, provide end-user technical support, manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding, handle IT procurement and vendor coordination, perform maintenance, patching, backups and security checks, and document systems and procedures to ensure policy compliance and operational continuity.

The Customer Experience Representative provides support via inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email to healthcare providers and consumers regarding pharmaceutical products, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulations.

Design and execute manual and automated tests for cloud contact-center products across web, mobile, and voice. Translate specs into test plans, run functional/regression/load/security/IVR tests, log and triage defects in Jira, validate reports and data, ensure compliance (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR), and drive automation, root-cause analysis, and QA best practices while mentoring junior testers.
