Process supplier invoices, maintain AP ledger, prepare payments and supplier reconciliations, assist tax computations and reports (BIR, VAT, EWT), manage petty cash, perform bank/AP reconciliations, and support month-end closing and documentation for audits.

Support the Principal - Talent Advisory by sourcing candidates, screening resumes and conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, providing administrative support, and building talent pools for repeat client hires.

Provide operational support for identity, endpoint security, backup, patch management, and security administration across managed customer environments. Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 accounts, configure MFA/SSPR/Conditional Access, deploy and monitor endpoint protection and patches, investigate backup failures, manage password vaults, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with SLAs and retention requirements.
