Owns the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production data pipelines. Builds Python integrations, consolidates data in PostgreSQL on GCP or AWS, supports document-processing and LLM systems, develops secure APIs, and maintains privacy and access controls for sensitive financial data.

Prepares compliant financial advice documents and supporting analyses for financial planning practices. Responsibilities include reviewing fact finds, updating CRM systems, auditing Statements of Advice, confirming strategies, comparing products and quotations, modeling client positions, editing advice documentation, and maintaining workflow systems. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and financial planning or related academic experience. XPLAN experience and an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning are preferred but not required.

Provides accounting support for Australian clients, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, reconciliations, payroll assistance, journal entries, financial reporting, BAS preparation, working papers, and fixed asset maintenance. The role requires strong Xero, Australian payroll, GST, Excel, and accounting knowledge, along with current Xero Advisor and Payroll certifications.
