Coordinate audit readiness and PBC requests, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, manage Controller calendar, track projects, and assist with month-end close and ad-hoc accounting tasks. Occasional travel to company sites and ability to support off-hours milestones required.

Lead and scale fluids test operations for human-rated space stations, overseeing test strategy, infrastructure, safety, integrated test campaigns, cross-functional coordination, staffing, budgets, and facility readiness for propulsion, thermal, cryogenic, pressurized, and life-support fluid systems.

Oversee global payroll operations for a growing, multi-state employer: manage payroll cycles, ensure compliance with payroll laws and taxes, coordinate timekeeping/HRIS, process new hires/terminations/garnishments, produce audit reports, resolve payroll inquiries, and collaborate with HR and accounting to maintain accurate payroll systems and reporting.

Owner of contingent workforce operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding for contractors and consultants. Partner cross-functionally (Legal, IT, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance, worker classification, access provisioning, and payroll/vendor coordination. Build scalable processes, reporting, and international HR operations support for offices abroad. Support audits, process improvements, and People Operations backup as needed.

Lead advanced sourcing for highly specialized engineering talent across Vast. Perform deep talent mapping, competitive intelligence, candidate outreach and screening, mentor sourcers, advise leadership on market trends, and run programs to improve sourcing and employer branding.

Lead and grow a fluid systems design team for human-rated space stations, owning component-level design for propulsion, TCS and ECLSS. Drive vehicle packaging, design practices, tool development, cross-discipline integration, test support, supplier/government interfaces, risk management, and lessons-learned capture to enable development, qualification, and flight hardware delivery.

Support development and maintenance of security policies, compliance documentation, and continuous monitoring across NIST, CMMC, and export-control regimes. Conduct assessments, gap analysis, remediations, and assist security engineering and audits. Recommend security tools, provide training, and support ATO/authorization efforts for mission environments.

Lead the development of a 15kW spacecraft bus, manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, and oversee technical execution from design to delivery.

The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee assembly processes, develop manufacturing methods, collaborate with engineers, and resolve non-conformances in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Project Manager will oversee cross-functional technical developments for future space stations, ensuring project success within timelines, budgets, and safety standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
