Supports manufacturing development, assembly, inspection, integration, and troubleshooting of thermal control system hardware for human-rated space stations. Creates work instructions and inspection plans, works directly with shop-floor technicians, resolves manufacturing issues, supports nonconformance investigations and corrective actions, provides design-for-manufacturing feedback, and performs or supports specialized fluid-system processes including welding, brazing, tube bending, cleaning, leak testing, and pressure testing.

Leads Vast’s People Business Partner function, including team development, operating model strategy, executive advising, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, change leadership, performance programs, engagement, people analytics, and compliant HR practices across multiple domestic and international locations. Partners with leaders across engineering, manufacturing, mission operations, and corporate functions to scale teams and culture during rapid growth.

Own and coordinate construction and facilities projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, verifying field conditions, coordinating contractors and vendors, developing schedules, obtaining bids, managing RFIs and documentation, monitoring costs and progress, and communicating risks and status to stakeholders. The role requires substantial field presence in active construction and manufacturing environments, independent judgment, and flexibility to support changing priorities and critical milestones.
