Teams at Vast

Own RF products from development through mission service, including design, manufacturing, testing, integration, qualification, and vehicle delivery. Define test plans, checkout procedures, and RF requirements; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; conduct design reviews and trade studies; and support mission operations as an RF subject matter expert.

Supports structural and mechanisms testing for aerospace components, including test setup, instrumentation, data acquisition, troubleshooting, fixture design, and test procedure improvements. Operates hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation systems; processes test data; maintains equipment calibration and preventive maintenance; and assists with lifting operations. The role independently executes tasks, resolves test issues, mentors technicians, and may lead small test teams. Requires onsite work in Long Beach, occasional travel to Mojave, overtime, elevated-height and outdoor work.

Partners with managers and functional leaders on organizational health, change leadership, talent management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and team development. Provides HR guidance, uses people data to identify trends, maintains accurate HR systems, and improves scalable workflows. Supports a fast-growing, manufacturing-oriented workforce while reinforcing company values and may travel regularly between Vast locations.
