Leads USCIS operations for employment-based immigration cases, overseeing team performance, capacity planning, compliance, filings, client experience, escalations, workflow optimization, and regulatory updates. Manages immigration specialists, coordinates with employers, foreign nationals, outside counsel, and vendors, and ensures timely responses to government requests and filing deadlines. Drives process improvements, reporting, automation, training, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives while supporting transitions between legal representation providers.

Oversee daily accounting operations, monthly and quarterly close, revenue accounting, technical accounting, U.S. GAAP compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, controls, and process improvements. Manage revenue recognition, particularly EB3 revenue, using ASC 606. Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams, optimize NetSuite and financial systems, and lead, mentor, and review accounting staff.

Supports J-1 cultural exchange teachers throughout their U.S. programs by coordinating arrival logistics, regulatory processes, school relationships, communication, documentation, and classroom visits. The role requires frequent driving to San Francisco schools, collaboration with domestic and international teams, and providing guidance to teachers from diverse backgrounds. Work is busiest during the summer and early academic year.

Expand and close new host employer accounts for J-1 Visa programs: generate and qualify leads, build relationships, conduct meetings and presentations, secure compliant training agreements, maintain CRM pipeline, represent the company at events, and collaborate with sales and leadership to drive revenue.

Supports consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, lender compliance reporting, and executive presentations. Administers Workday Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, reports, and forecasting processes while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and operational leaders. The role also contributes to financial system implementations, process improvements, technical accounting analysis, and strategic initiatives. Occasional travel may be required.

Provide one-on-one coaching and classroom observations for J-1 teachers, develop instructional resources and PD, align support with FLDOE standards and district priorities, collaborate with program managers and district partners, and support implementation and compliance.
