Supports J-1 cultural exchange teachers throughout their U.S. programs by coordinating arrival logistics, regulatory processes, school relationships, communication, documentation, and classroom visits. The role requires frequent driving to San Francisco schools, collaboration with domestic and international teams, and providing guidance to teachers from diverse backgrounds. Work is busiest during the summer and early academic year.

Supports employment-based immigration cases by communicating with clients, drafting and filing Labor Certifications and Prevailing Wage Determinations, preparing audit files and responses, revising forms after attorney review, assisting with recruitment tasks, maintaining data integrity, and managing a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

Expand and close new host employer accounts for J-1 Visa programs: generate and qualify leads, build relationships, conduct meetings and presentations, secure compliant training agreements, maintain CRM pipeline, represent the company at events, and collaborate with sales and leadership to drive revenue.
