Leads USCIS operations for employment-based immigration cases, overseeing team performance, capacity planning, compliance, filings, client experience, escalations, workflow optimization, and regulatory updates. Manages immigration specialists, coordinates with employers, foreign nationals, outside counsel, and vendors, and ensures timely responses to government requests and filing deadlines. Drives process improvements, reporting, automation, training, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives while supporting transitions between legal representation providers.

Oversee daily accounting operations, monthly and quarterly close, revenue accounting, technical accounting, U.S. GAAP compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, controls, and process improvements. Manage revenue recognition, particularly EB3 revenue, using ASC 606. Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams, optimize NetSuite and financial systems, and lead, mentor, and review accounting staff.

Supports J-1 cultural exchange teachers throughout their U.S. programs by coordinating arrival logistics, regulatory processes, school relationships, communication, documentation, and classroom visits. The role requires frequent driving to San Francisco schools, collaboration with domestic and international teams, and providing guidance to teachers from diverse backgrounds. Work is busiest during the summer and early academic year.
