Secures and manages right-of-way permits for telecommunications construction projects. Researches jurisdictions, prepares and submits permit applications, coordinates with clients, internal teams, and government agencies, tracks deliverables, resolves permitting issues, maintains project documentation, and reports progress to the ROW Department Supervisor.

Leads electric utility substation projects from planning through commissioning, providing technical direction, PE approval, design oversight, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and client support. Designs and reviews physical, electrical, grounding, protection and control, SCADA, and construction documentation. Supports field engineering, permitting, compliance, emergency response, and utility planning. Mentors engineers, supervises staff, improves processes, and contributes to recruiting and business development.

Coordinates electric utility pole attachment processes for power and broadband infrastructure projects. Prepares and tracks applications, monitors approvals and make-ready activities, coordinates with utilities, engineers, and contractors, maintains project records, resolves capacity and clearance conflicts, and supports compliance with utility and regulatory standards. The role may also assist with electric distribution design and requires occasional travel for meetings, field verification, and site visits.

Supports client cybersecurity engagements through vulnerability and penetration assessments, policy and compliance reviews, social engineering exercises, network security reviews, vulnerability remediation tracking, security documentation, threat research, and risk communication. The role manages multiple assignments, collaborates on security improvements, and communicates recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Travel to Mitchell, South Dakota and occasional client, training, or team meetings is required.

The Easement Specialist will manage and acquire easements, ensure legal compliance, and liaise with various stakeholders in the telecommunications industry.

The Network Operations Specialist will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot ISP network environments, ensuring high availability and performance while responding to incidents and executing maintenance activities.

The Network Engineer will lead design and implementation projects for ISP clients, focusing on optimizing network solutions and improving performance while managing multiple engagements.
