Plan and manage material requirements to support production schedules, maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, coordinate with purchasing, production and suppliers to resolve shortages, optimize inventory levels, support new product introductions and supplier performance, and assist with purchase orders and inventory reconciliation.

Lead operations, installation, inspection, service, and quality control of adaptive mobility equipment for wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Manage technicians, ensure compliance with ADA/OEM/FMVSS/NHTSA standards, support dealers and customers, oversee inventory and warranty trends, and coordinate with engineering and purchasing to improve products and processes.

Manage daily HR functions including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits and leave administration (FMLA, ADA), HRIS/talent-management tracking, personnel records, compliance and training, employee relations, investigations and disciplinary actions, and support managers on policies and performance programs.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting onboarding, scheduling interviews and trainings, responding to routine employee inquiries, and supporting payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance processes.

Design and develop wheelchair-accessible vehicles from concept through in-house production. Create CAD models and 2D drawings, validate prototypes, develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling. Collaborate with production, suppliers, and dealers, apply Lean practices and root-cause analysis to improve cost, quality, safety, and manufacturability, and troubleshoot issues on the plant floor.

Sell mobility-adapted vehicles and related products via consultative selling. Generate and manage leads, maintain CRM pipeline, prepare quotes/sales agreements, coordinate deliveries, demonstrate products, ensure documentation, and deliver high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Design, develop, and validate electrical systems for mobility vehicles, including schematics, PCB layouts, power electronics, embedded controls, motor control, integration, testing, troubleshooting, compliance with automotive safety standards, and transition from prototype to production while collaborating cross-functionally.

Sell mobility-adapted vehicles and related products via consultative sales. Generate and manage leads, maintain CRM pipeline, prepare quotes and agreements, coordinate deliveries, demonstrate products, ensure documentation, meet sales and customer satisfaction targets, and provide post-sale follow-up.
