Supports vehicle acquisition, inventory management, supplier relationships, market analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. Evaluates vehicle values and demand, negotiates purchases, monitors inventory aging and velocity, maintains sales and inventory data, develops dashboards, and recommends actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Coordinates cross-functional improvement projects and may travel occasionally to auctions, dealers, suppliers, and company locations.

Serve as primary contact for customers and dealers, handle inbound inquiries via phone/email, document cases in CRM, coordinate cross-functional resolution, educate on products/warranty, escalate complex issues, monitor open cases, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
