Designs wheelchair-accessible vehicles from concept through prototyping, testing, validation, and in-house production. Creates CAD models, 2D drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing processes; reviews designs with production teams, dealers, and suppliers; troubleshoots plant-floor issues; and drives improvements in cost, quality, safety, and efficiency. Performs root-cause analysis, supports Lean manufacturing, designs production equipment, and develops processes for pilot builds through full-scale manufacturing.

Sell mobility-adapted vehicles and related products via consultative sales. Generate and manage leads, maintain CRM pipeline, prepare quotes and agreements, coordinate deliveries, demonstrate products, ensure documentation, meet sales and customer satisfaction targets, and provide post-sale follow-up.

Serve as primary contact for customers and dealers, handle inbound inquiries via phone/email, document cases in CRM, coordinate cross-functional resolution, educate on products/warranty, escalate complex issues, monitor open cases, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
