Assist with migrating, mapping, cleaning, reconciling, and validating client financial data from legacy systems into Vantaca’s ERP platform. Create Excel reports, document migration procedures, develop workflows and checklists, and provide data accuracy insights to internal teams. The role offers hands-on experience with data transformation, client-facing projects, and SaaS operations.

Supports Revenue Operations through business reporting, data analysis, visualization, CRM administration, quote configuration, pricing and contract support, account validation, territory optimization, and sales process improvement. The intern collaborates with Go-to-Market, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams while developing proficiency in Excel and HubSpot Sales CRM.

Partner with account executives to deliver customized SaaS product demonstrations, set up and maintain demo environments, gather prospect feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap. Support sales with technical expertise, documentation, and conference/on-site presentations to drive technical wins and customer adoption.

Lead lifecycle and product growth for resident and community manager experiences. Design data-driven onboarding, in-product experiments, behavioral triggers, and personalized lifecycle programs to increase adoption, retention, AI feature consumption, and transaction volume. Partner with Product and UX, run rapid A/B and multivariate tests, and hire and lead a team to scale experimentation and lifecycle operations.

The Senior Engineer will build and operate backend systems for AI agents, design APIs, optimize performance, and uphold engineering standards to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI agent solutions for customers, optimize workflows, and enhance automation capabilities through active client engagement and collaboration with engineering teams.

Build and operate the data platform powering Vantaca IQ: ingestion and CDC pipelines, data modeling, aggregations and materializations, multi-tenant isolation, query/metrics APIs and reporting surfaces, LLM grounding/eval harnesses, and governed semantic layers to serve humans and agents with trustworthy intelligence.

Own positioning, narrative, and market intelligence for product launches; create sales and product assets; partner with Product, Demand Gen, Enablement, and Customer Success; run launch retrospectives and maintain message architecture.

Design, build, and maintain cloud architecture, model serving infrastructure, and ML pipelines. Optimize AI workloads for low-latency inference and cost efficiency, implement CI/CD for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning, and ensure reliability, security, and observability for mission-critical AI services. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, document runbooks, and mentor colleagues.

Design and build the data and analytics layer: schemas, pipelines, APIs, dashboards, forecasting and ML models. Deliver usage-based metering, ensure data correctness and observability, and ship customer-facing analytics while raising engineering standards.
