Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and Zendesk; provide product guidance and configuration assistance; document interactions; meet response-time SLAs and customer satisfaction goals; troubleshoot and escalate complex issues; collaborate on solutions and process improvements; analyze support trends; and become a Vantaca product subject matter expert through certification training.

Supports Vantaca customers throughout onboarding and ongoing operations by providing accounting training, auditing financial data, resolving reconciliation and out-of-balance issues, completing initial financials, and responding to escalated client requests. The role builds strong client relationships, manages monthly deliverables, resolves support issues within SLAs, and helps customers adopt accounting best practices.

Own the developer platform from code commit through production release. Responsibilities include optimizing CI/CD pipelines, deployment and rollback safety, AI release infrastructure, migration safety tooling, developer environments, supply chain security, documentation, and engineering enablement. The role focuses on improving delivery speed, reliability, security, and developer experience while supporting AI products and mentoring engineers.
