Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, Zendesk, and other channels; provide product guidance, assist with configurations, document interactions, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases. Meet response-time SLAs, answer-rate, ticket-volume, and CSAT goals. Collaborate with colleagues to solve customer problems, identify support trends, improve processes, and develop subject-matter expertise through certification courses.

Assist with migrating, mapping, cleaning, reconciling, and validating client financial data from legacy systems into Vantaca’s ERP platform. Create Excel reports, document migration procedures, develop workflows and checklists, and provide data accuracy insights to internal teams. The role offers hands-on experience with data transformation, client-facing projects, and SaaS operations.

Supports Revenue Operations through business reporting, data analysis, visualization, CRM administration, quote configuration, pricing and contract support, account validation, territory optimization, and sales process improvement. The intern collaborates with Go-to-Market, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams while developing proficiency in Excel and HubSpot Sales CRM.
