Senior full-stack engineer responsible for owning mission-critical software from requirements through deployment and sustainment. The role involves working directly with government users and technical stakeholders, architecting and building products across the stack, integrating with government IT systems, and ensuring security and compliance within DoD environments. The engineer will make product and architectural decisions, support technical proposal artifacts, and travel up to 50% to engage with mission owners in the field.

Design, build, and improve scalable backend systems that collect hard-to-access OSINT; build pipelines and ETL for messy data; collaborate with product and mission teams; mentor engineers and ensure reliable data delivery for DoD workflows.

Own customer-facing mission outcomes for government and special operations stakeholders. Lead mission engagements, translate operational needs into technical requirements, shape pilots, coordinate Product and Engineering delivery, manage operating cadences, support adoption, and help expand funded programs. The role requires strong technical fluency, autonomous cross-functional execution, SOF or PSYOPs/IO experience, current Top Secret clearance, U.S. person status, East Coast residence, and frequent travel in secure or classified environments.
