Lead customer-facing Navy engagements to identify mission problems, design pilots, and transition software capabilities into funded programs. Build trusted relationships with program offices and operators, coordinate across product and engineering teams, support demonstrations and field deployments, and navigate acquisition, budgeting, and transition pathways to drive operational adoption and long-term program success.

The Mission Lead will manage government engagements, translate mission needs into technical plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment of missions for customers in the SOF and PSYOPs/IO community.
