Lead the definition and governance of enterprise data architecture and integration strategies. Provides routine administrative and operational support in the Richfield office including mail and scanning, supply procurement, meeting/event scheduling and setup, visitor reception, call routing, data entry and basic record auditing, coordinating tech/hardware requests, and supporting special projects.

The Regulatory Compliance Supervisor oversees product filing operations, ensures compliance with regulations, manages a team, and optimizes filing processes.

Lead product development for commercial transportation insurance: perform market research, collaborate with underwriting/actuarial/claims, design pricing and policy language, maintain product roadmaps, drive launches, deliver training, and mentor staff to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
