Provides front-desk and administrative support at a commercial truck center. Greets customers, processes bills and payments, manages cash and credit card receipts, handles complaints, maintains repair and invoice records, supports service and parts departments, answers phones, and prepares correspondence and reports. Requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, customer service, and clerical skills, along with accounting, cashier, inventory, and office experience.

Manage regional HR operations including benefits, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, safety, payroll coordination, training, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, personnel records, and administrative support. Partner with managers and Corporate HR, maintain regulatory compliance, support employee programs, coordinate claims and audits, and assist with accounting and office operations.

Provide regional HR support including recruiting, onboarding, benefits assistance, compliance and safety documentation, payroll coordination, training follow-up, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and general administrative tasks.
