Sell used medium and heavy-duty trucks by assisting customers, demonstrating vehicles, offering test drives, closing deals, processing paperwork, coordinating reconditioning and delivery, prospecting daily, and maintaining customer follow-up to achieve sales and profit goals.

Delivers and picks up parts and equipment to customers, stores, and vendors; verifies invoices and payments; records deliveries and obtains signatures; maintains delivery vehicle and parts department appearance; completes nightly paperwork.

Provide front-desk and administrative support across departments: greet customers, route calls, process invoicing and payments, reconcile parts inventory and vendor invoices, coordinate with parts, warehouse, and accounting, prepare documents, and assist service customers during peak periods.

Provide front-desk and administrative support at a truck dealership: greet and route customers and calls, assist service rushes, perform clerical and basic accounting tasks (invoice coding, AR scheduling, inventory discrepancy research), maintain records, and communicate with internal teams.

Responsible for securing vehicle sales by arranging financing, processing all sale paperwork, selling F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit insurance), maintaining lender and insurance relationships, training sales staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing profit and finance penetration.
