Coordinates regulatory activities for clinical and translational research trials from study start-up through close-out. Prepares and processes IRB submissions, amendments, continuing reviews, and adverse event reports; maintains compliant regulatory documentation; conducts quality-control audits; interprets FDA, OHRP, GCP/ICH, and HIPAA requirements; tracks project timelines; and collaborates with monitors, auditors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate and support multiple clinical and translational research projects: manage databases and REDCap projects, track metrics, ensure data quality, develop workflows and SOPs, collaborate with investigators and partners, troubleshoot operations, and assist with dissemination, process improvement, and program launches.

Accession, sort, triage, receive, process, batch, package, and send patient specimens and tissue materials for laboratory testing. Provide pre-analytical sample processing, clerical support, customer service, telephone assistance, troubleshooting, and basic problem resolution while following quality, safety, and laboratory procedures.

Performs quality ultrasound procedures and diagnostic evaluations for patients from neonates through geriatric adults under radiologist direction. Follows hospital and departmental policies with minimal supervision, collaborates with healthcare professionals, supports effective patient care, maintains safety and regulatory standards, and contributes to quality improvement and resource management.

Leads enterprise AI assistant platforms, setting product direction, evaluating capabilities, and prioritizing adoption. Partners with engineering on agents, connectors, tools, and data integrations; manages token consumption, licensing, metering, and cost optimization. Establishes MCP and AI governance standards aligned with HIPAA and organizational policies. Advises business, clinical, security, finance, and governance stakeholders on AI solutions while driving adoption, enablement, and measurable outcomes.

Supports translational and clinical research in metabolic disease, obesity, and diabetes. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory assays, preparing reagents, processing blood and tissue specimens, maintaining equipment and inventories, documenting results, and following safety protocols. With training, the assistant will support clinical study coordination through participant recruitment, scheduling, REDCap and Epic/eStar data entry, IRB documentation, regulatory binder maintenance, and study visit organization.

Supervises pediatric access operations staff, managing daily workloads, coaching, performance accountability, escalated calls, quality standards, staffing decisions, and resource planning. The role leads frontline service delivery, supports compliance and continuous improvement, and contributes to budget, cost containment, and operational effectiveness.

Performs routine laboratory support activities under regular guidance, including maintaining reagent and supply inventory, completing daily assignments, cleaning work areas and glassware, setting up equipment, and preparing materials for laboratory procedures. Follows established processes, maintains safety and quality standards, and contributes to team operations in a healthcare laboratory environment.

Supervise neurodiagnostic lab operations, perform complex procedures, maintain equipment, and communicate effectively with staff and physicians.

Leads hospital safety programs covering chemical, biological, radiological, general, and fire safety. Supervises and develops safety staff, evaluates regulatory compliance, conducts inspections, creates SOPs and reports, delivers training, supports committees, and recommends corrective actions. Maintains technical expertise and certifications while guiding safety officers and communicating performance to department leadership.

Manages social work operations, clinical supervision, staff development, scheduling, recruitment, quality reviews, compliance, process improvement, and patient throughput. Provides clinical leadership, oversees training programs, evaluates performance, develops outcome measures, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, and maintains relationships with patients, families, treatment teams, and community partners.

Prepares and processes tissue specimens for microscopic examination, including embedding, cutting, staining, histochemical and immunocytochemical procedures, and molecular testing. Performs quality control, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation. Assesses tissue adequacy in the operating room, communicates with pathology providers, and supports high-volume diagnostic workloads. Provides training and guidance to histotechnologists and histotechnicians while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Coordinate and facilitate safe, timely pediatric patient discharges by locating resources, advocating for families, maintaining records, identifying service gaps, and participating in process improvement.

Provides operational and administrative leadership across hospital nursing services. Oversees daily nursing operations, staffing, float pool deployment, after-hours supervision, dialysis operations, regulatory readiness, quality improvement, nursing excellence initiatives, equipment and technology integration, and staff recognition programs. Partners with nursing, supply chain, IT, biomed, and organizational leaders to improve patient care, workforce effectiveness, operational reliability, and strategic nursing outcomes.

Supports providers with examinations, routine procedures, diagnostic testing, vital-sign collection, patient education, and clinical documentation. Manages patient flow, schedules appointments and testing, triages calls and messages, coordinates referrals and precertifications, maintains charts, handles supplies, and assists with front-desk coverage. Collaborates with the healthcare team, uses the EHR, supports quality improvement, and provides professional patient and family service under provider supervision.

Performs CT examinations for neonatal through geriatric patients, including patient preparation, contrast administration, venipuncture, image processing, documentation, radiation protection, equipment checks, and quality assurance. Communicates with patients, physicians, and hospital staff; provides procedure education; assists with patient transfers; maintains supplies and equipment; and participates in on-call coverage.

Assists licensed perfusionists with setup, priming, calibration, troubleshooting, and operation preparation for heart-lung machines and extracorporeal circuits during cardiac procedures. Supports cardiopulmonary bypass before, during, and after surgery; independently performs intraoperative blood salvage; mentors perfusion technology students; and manages perfusion supply inventory.

Provides inbound and outbound phone support to patients and providers, schedules appointments, documents messages, answers questions, and provides clinic information. The role prioritizes health concerns according to guidelines, connects patients with clinical resources, handles complex calls, and delivers accurate, compassionate customer service. This is a temporary position with a 90-day evaluation period, Monday through Friday during daytime business hours.

Provides hospital security through proactive patrols, crime prevention, de-escalation, response to safety concerns, psychiatric patient detention assistance, court testimony, and incident reporting. Partners with hospital staff and facility operations personnel to identify security risks, develop prevention strategies, and support a safe environment for patients and employees.

Provides outpatient pediatric care as an advanced practice clinician, including comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, diagnostic test management, procedures, documentation, patient and family communication, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Supports education, mentoring, evidence-based practice, quality standards, professional development, and safe care delivery.
