Lead and coordinate day-to-day clinical operations in the ENT clinic, manage patient throughput, support and coach staff, serve as a clinical resource for complex cases, uphold clinical and service standards, and partner with leadership to implement quality, cost-effective patient care processes.

Performs radiologic diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages, operates radiographic equipment and PACS, processes images, prepares rooms, and handles clerical tasks. Ensures radiation safety (ALARA), regulatory compliance (DHEC, Joint Commission, ACR), communicates results to radiologists and care teams, and may directly supervise students.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Assistant Nursing Officer and Director of Trauma and Injury Prevention. Manages calendars, meeting coordination, ad hoc reporting, budgetary data, HR/workforce systems, confidential information, and departmental initiatives while leading and supporting perioperative administrative staff.
