Coordinates learning and development programs by maintaining LMS courses, schedules, registrations, content, communications, and resources. Organizes workshops, town halls, and other learning events; supports enrollment and issue resolution; administers surveys; and analyzes participation, completion, feedback, and impact data. The role also identifies process improvements, maintains data accuracy, and provides customer-focused support to learners and stakeholders.

Performs transthoracic echocardiographic examinations, including morphologic imaging, myocardial function assessment, hemodynamic measurements, blood-flow visualization, stress testing, and physician-directed contrast imaging. Ensures timely, accurate, safe, and compliant exams; obtains diagnostic images for complex patients; recognizes and communicates abnormal findings; documents patient information; and assists with training new staff.

Provides advanced emergency medical care during ground LifeFlight transports, independently assessing and stabilizing patients within Tennessee and LifeFlight protocols. Safely transports patients, completes clinical documentation, maintains ambulance equipment, follows regulatory and accreditation standards, and communicates effectively during team coordination and patient handoffs. The role includes variable 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and primarily supports interfacility transfers and discharges.
