Provides routine administrative support for a healthcare department, including scheduling, travel booking, expense processing, purchasing, data collection, report preparation, document management, record maintenance, and calendar coordination. The role organizes daily workflows, responds to customer and colleague needs, verifies data, and maintains accurate documentation while working with occasional guidance.

Dispenses medical and surgical supplies and patient care equipment, assembles distribution carts, maintains inventory levels, and ensures supplies are ordered, received, clean, and safe. Cleans, prepares, and tests specialty beds and equipment, may capture patient supply charges, and provides responsive service to clinical customers. The role follows established procedures with regular guidance and requires basic inventory management, customer service, and equipment inspection capabilities.

Provides entry-level onsite and hybrid IT support across hospitals and clinics. Installs and configures operating systems, supports networked devices and software, performs upgrades and patches, documents technical work, manages inventory, troubleshoots customer issues, follows security and regulatory requirements, and escalates problems when needed. Requires regional travel and collaboration with clinical and IT teams.
