Perform utilization review to determine medical necessity and appropriate admission status, obtain payer authorization, document charting accurately, facilitate ED throughput, refer cases for secondary review, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate level of care.

Manage and grow the Utilization Management team, oversee operations, policy, budgeting, performance monitoring, quality assurance, interdepartmental collaboration, and staff development to ensure compliance and efficient utilization processes.

Lead and manage nursing projects for Neonatal Services: develop project plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, implement process and systems changes, drive quality and improvement, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
