Performs routine EEG and other neurodiagnostic procedures on patients of all ages in EMU, ICU, bedside, and neonatal settings. Prepares patients, operates diagnostic equipment, collects data for interpretation, maintains equipment, documents procedures, explains testing to patients and families, and assists senior technologists or medical staff with complex recordings.

Supports clinical research trials by recruiting and screening participants, coordinating enrollment and study visits, maintaining accurate documentation, following study protocols and regulatory requirements, preparing research submissions, managing trial supplies, and providing participant care using nursing skills. The role requires collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams, plus travel to nearby research sites.

Develops and executes integrated communications strategies for the Tennessee Initiative for Perinatal Quality Care. Responsibilities include managing website, social media, newsletters, app content, podcasts, press releases, and digital and print materials; coordinating stakeholders and hospital partners; maintaining consistent messaging; managing awareness campaigns; supporting annual reports; and project-managing strategic communications initiatives. The role is fully remote and focused on improving awareness and participation in maternal and infant quality-care programs.
