Support and act as designee for the Finance Director by managing payroll administration, accounts payable backup, general ledger review, budgeting, grant compliance, audit coordination, financial reporting, policy development, and providing guidance and training to staff and departments.

Provide administrative support to the County Administrator, Board of Commissioners, and executive team. Prepare and coordinate meeting packets and records, manage calendars and chambers, assist public inquiries, handle clerical tasks, purchasing, travel and notary processing, maintain web and social communications, coordinate FOIA responses, and support risk/legal matters.

Provides indigent defense and legal services, preparing and presenting legal strategies and arguments, advising clients, and representing them in court. Ensures effective legal communication and conducts investigations.
