Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, comparing quotations, negotiating terms, tracking purchases and costs, maintaining records, coordinating stakeholders, and resolving last-minute issues. Manages global sales operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Designs enterprise AI architectures and production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-native solutions for Energy Trading & Risk Management. Responsibilities include client consultation, architecture governance, AI platforms and roadmaps, RAG and multi-agent systems, MLOps and LLMOps, data pipelines, security, compliance, observability, and responsible AI guardrails.

Administer and configure CLM platform (preferably Agiloft): workflows, approvals, layouts, notifications, dashboards. Provide user support, training, and documentation. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to translate processes into CLM configurations, run reports for compliance and audits, and escalate defects to vendor/IT.
