Leads strategy, architecture, and delivery for large-scale ETRM, data, cloud, and digital transformation programs in global energy organizations. Designs ION Endur and RightAngle trading platforms, enterprise data architectures, integrations, cloud-native solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities. Oversees trade lifecycle, risk, settlements, analytics, governance, and modernization initiatives while managing senior stakeholders, mentoring cross-functional teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, resilient technology delivery.

Performs budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Implements monitoring, alerting, DevSecOps practices, security scanning, secrets management, and troubleshooting to improve platform reliability and compliance.

Client-facing ETRM consultant responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing commodity trading processes, designing solutions, and delivering implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives. Advises trading, risk, operations, settlements, accounting, and technology teams across physical and financial commodities. Leads project streams, stakeholder alignment, workshops, testing, and issue resolution while mentoring consultants and supporting proposals, demonstrations, and business development.

Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, workflows, integrations, portals, and automation. Configure Salesforce administration, security, permissions, deployments, testing, and release processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting agile delivery and high-quality code coverage.

Lead enterprise AI architecture for Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-native solutions in the ETRM domain. Responsibilities include designing AI-ready platforms, governance frameworks, RAG and multi-agent architectures, MLOps and LLMOps capabilities, data ingestion pipelines, and secure cloud-native infrastructure. The role partners with clients to identify use cases, lead solution design and governance discussions, establish technology roadmaps, and enable AI adoption across trading, risk management, analytics, and decision support.

Designs enterprise AI architectures and production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI-native solutions for Energy Trading & Risk Management. Responsibilities include client consultation, architecture governance, AI platforms and roadmaps, RAG and multi-agent systems, MLOps and LLMOps, data pipelines, security, compliance, observability, and responsible AI guardrails.

Administer and configure CLM platform (preferably Agiloft): workflows, approvals, layouts, notifications, dashboards. Provide user support, training, and documentation. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to translate processes into CLM configurations, run reports for compliance and audits, and escalate defects to vendor/IT.
