About the Role
We are seeking a CLM Support Specialist with 3-4 years of experience supporting and administering Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, with a preference for Agiloft. This role focuses on platform configuration, user enablement, and process support, ensuring that contract workflows, approval rules, and system layouts function effectively for business users across Legal, Finance, and Procurement. The ideal candidate understands how contracts move through an organization and can translate that knowledge into well-structured CLM configurations and responsive user support.

Job Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Configuration
• Configure and maintain workflows, approval chains, conditional logic, and automated notifications in Agiloft or equivalent CLM
• Manage form layouts, field sets, record types, and user roles and permissions
• Set up financial and non-financial approval thresholds and route contracts based on value, risk tier, or contract type
• Build and maintain escalation rules and deadline-driven alerts
• Create and manage dashboards, saved searches, and reporting views for various departments

Process Support & Enablement
• Support business users through the contract request process from submission and routing to approvals and e-signature within the CLM tool
• Assist with setting up and testing new contract process flows, including redlining stages, approval steps, and post-signature storage rules
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to translate process requirements into CLM configurations

User Support & Training
• Serve as the first point of contact for CLM platform queries, troubleshooting issues related to workflows, routing, approvals, and access
• Maintain up-to-date user guides, process documentation, and admin runbooks
• Escalate system defects or configuration issues to the vendor or IT team with clear documentation

Compliance & Reporting
• Generate regular reports on contract volume, cycle times and approval bottlenecks
• Support internal audits by providing workflow logs, approval history, and executed document records
• Ensure contract data integrity and consistent use of metadata, tags, and document naming conventions

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years in a CLM administration or contract support role
• Hands-on experience with Agiloft or equivalent CLM platform (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
• Working knowledge of the full contract lifecycle - request, approvals, redlining, e-signature, storage, and renewal - sufficient to configure supporting workflows
• Proven ability to configure CLM workflows, rules, layouts, and approval logic without developer support
• Experience supporting end users: troubleshooting, training, and documenting platform processes
• Familiarity with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign
• Strong communication skills across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
• Direct Agiloft administration experience including workflow builder, rule engine, table configuration, and layout editor
• Exposure to integrating CLM with ERP, CRM, or procurement systems (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Coupa)
• Familiarity with contract playbooks, clause libraries, or template management within a CLM tool
• Experience supporting procurement or vendor management contracting processes
• Knowledge of Legal Ops best practices (CLOC frameworks or similar)
• Paralegal background or exposure to contract negotiation processes is a plus
