Manage 5–6 concurrent technical Professional Services projects from kickoff through delivery. Define scopes, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks; coordinate technical, consulting, support, and customer-facing teams; lead client communications; track project health, KPIs, documentation, and escalations; and improve delivery processes.
