Own customer implementations from initial Valorx Wave configuration through UAT, solution walkthroughs, environment transitions, deployment, and go-live. Manage multiple implementations, track milestones and risks, lead customer meetings, coordinate action items, collaborate with Product and Support teams, and provide proactive guidance and structured feedback throughout onboarding.
