Processes insurance and patient payments, reconciles payment activity, manages payer denials, and supports timely reimbursement. Tracks documentation, maintains billing reports and ledgers, follows productivity standards, and communicates with providers, clinical staff, insurers, and patients. Answers billing inquiries, maintains non-insurance contract billing, provides cross-coverage, and supports efficient revenue cycle workflows.

Provides hands-on care, monitoring, behavioral health interventions, crisis support, daily living assistance, documentation, and client transportation for individuals in residential treatment and assessment units. Collaborates with clinical staff on assessments, care and treatment plans, therapy, case management, and outreach. Maintains confidentiality and regulatory compliance, completes required training and QMAP certification, and supports a safe, culturally competent therapeutic environment.

Provides comprehensive primary and preventive family medicine care to patients across the lifespan in rural southern Colorado. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating conditions, prescribing medications, documenting in the EHR, coordinating referrals, supervising advanced practice providers, participating in quality initiatives, precepting learners, maintaining hospital and nursing home privileges, and providing inpatient and after-hours call coverage as assigned.

Lead and oversee organization-wide revenue cycle strategy and operations, including billing, coding, claims, collections, denial reduction, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with FQHC, HRSA, Medicare/Medicaid, and payer rules; optimize NextGen EHR and practice management systems; manage credentialing and payer relationships; develop dashboards and KPIs; lead and train multi-site revenue cycle teams to improve reimbursement and operational performance.
