Coordinate and process payroll for all employees, manage timecards, calculate payrolls, produce paychecks, maintain records, ensure tax withholdings and regulatory compliance, and support HRIS/payroll systems.

Provide evidence-based diagnosis and management of endocrine disorders (primarily diabetes and thyroid disease) within a multidisciplinary, community-based office and hospital setting. Provide clinical OB/GYN care at Valley Hospital locations, participate in a 1-in-7 call schedule, mentor residents as a Clinical Assistant Professor, collaborate with multidisciplinary women's health centers, and help develop clinical services and physician teams.

Lead creation, implementation, and accreditation of a new ACGME Gastroenterology fellowship. Develop curriculum, oversee accreditation and compliance, recruit and mentor fellows and faculty, promote scholarly activity, and collaborate with institutional leadership to ensure clinical and educational excellence.

Provide full-time hematology-focused patient care as part of a multidisciplinary oncology service, share call coverage, participate in teaching and clinical research, and may receive academic appointment. Support from APPs and affiliation with Mount Sinai; fellowship planned and research opportunities available.

Board certified/eligible neurologist providing inpatient management of acute and complex neurologic conditions. Collaborate with ED, hospitalists, intensivists, neurosurgery, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes, throughput, and care transitions. Deliver evidence-based care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and support clinical operations at The Valley Hospital.

Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for neurology across inpatient and outpatient settings; oversee program development, subspecialty growth, stroke center certification, academic teaching integration, patient access, multidisciplinary collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide consultation and surgical care for patients with suspected or proven breast disease, including oncoplastic and reconstructive procedures. Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, breast cancer program initiatives, and collaborate with oncology, radiation, genetics, and support services. Serve as faculty in the General Surgery Residency Program with teaching, mentorship, and academic engagement opportunities.

Provide high-quality neurologic care in inpatient and ambulatory settings, offer consultative services, serve as clinical content expert for multidisciplinary case reviews, develop a comprehensive Neurology program, and foster system-wide multidisciplinary collaboration.

Lead and oversee the Valley LifeStart medical weight loss program, integrate services across the health system, manage a multidisciplinary clinical team, set strategic direction, and provide bariatric medical care including screening, metabolic and body composition assessments, lifestyle counseling, and multidisciplinary follow-up for obesity and related comorbidities.
