Leads HR operations and employee lifecycle infrastructure, including payroll, benefits, leave, compensation, HRIS, compliance, training administration, employee communications, analytics, and audit readiness. Manages HR operations staff, improves processes and systems, oversees vendors, ensures employment-law compliance, and provides operational reporting and recommendations to the CHRO. Supports workforce effectiveness, employee experience, organizational continuity, and cross-functional initiatives across Valle del Sol locations.

Provides case management, care coordination, continuous assessment, treatment planning, and psychiatric service coordination for individuals with serious mental illness. Coordinates care across mental and physical health systems, manages court-ordered treatment processes, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with clinical teams and legal counsel.

Provides comprehensive primary care to children and young adults, including physical examinations, preventive visits, vaccinations, screenings, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, developmental evaluations, and referrals. Educates families, coordinates with healthcare providers, performs or interprets diagnostic testing, and supports culturally sensitive care in a collaborative community health setting.

Supports healthcare quality improvement, regulatory compliance, risk management, and organizational performance. Responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing data, monitoring clinical documentation, coordinating improvement projects, facilitating staff training, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, maintaining accreditation readiness, and coaching clinical and administrative teams. Educates and enrolls eligible individuals and families in SNAP, conducts community outreach, screens clients for eligibility, assists with applications, develops partnerships, documents activities, tracks enrollment metrics, and connects low-income households with food and community resources.

Coordinates and grows statewide leadership development programs, including participant recruitment, alumni engagement, events, workshops, curriculum improvement, community partnerships, sponsorships, fundraising support, reporting, and outreach. The role requires regular travel throughout Arizona, public representation, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent evening or weekend work.

Provides psychiatric rehabilitation, vocational support, and community integration services to adults with serious mental illness. Conducts assessments, develops individualized interventions, builds independent living and employment skills, coordinates referrals, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, families, employers, and community organizations. Maintains service documentation, monitors outcomes, supports quality improvement, and provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in clinical and community settings.

Provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for behavioral health programs and multidisciplinary teams. Oversees patient care quality, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, workforce development, risk management, program performance, and quality improvement. The supervisor supports complex cases, crisis response, integrated care, community partnerships, staffing, budgets, and operational planning. The role requires an independent behavioral health license, clinical experience, supervisory experience, credentialing, and Arizona compliance clearances.

Provides front-desk administration for an integrated primary care and behavioral health organization. Responsibilities include data collection and reporting, general administrative support, and assisting staff across multiple sites as directed. The role requires culturally sensitive communication, EHR and Windows 365 familiarity, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, fingerprint clearance eligibility, BLS certification, and specified health screenings and vaccinations.

Answers inbound calls, assists patients with appointments and service inquiries, processes medication prior authorizations and outbound referrals, and manages incoming e-faxes. Scans documents into patient electronic health records and performs general clerical and administrative tasks. Supervise school-based behavioral health staff and provide clinical oversight for youth mental health services. Guide treatment for dual diagnoses, trauma, and behavioral challenges; support family systems and play-based therapies; monitor caseloads and visit volumes; deliver staff training; and build collaborative relationships with school administrators and staff.
