Leads the company’s internal audit function, risk-based audit planning, internal controls, SOX readiness, process documentation, remediation, and post-acquisition integration. Partners with leaders, auditors, lenders, and insurers to strengthen controls and improve processes. Establishes KPIs and control metrics, presents findings to the CFO and Audit Committee, and builds an internal audit team. The role requires periodic travel to company facilities.

Reviews customer specifications, establishes and optimizes manufacturing processes, oversees first article qualification, schedules new orders, creates work orders and technique cards, and performs gap analyses. Uses process-control tools to assess risk, coordinates cross-functional project teams, develops procedures and quality instructions, and manages project objectives, deadlines, tooling, throughput, and cost reduction initiatives.

Processes invoices, performs three-way matching, resolves payment discrepancies, maintains vendor records, reconciles statements, monitors GRNI data, supports payment runs, and maintains accurate business records. Collaborates with Purchasing, company sites, vendors, and accounting team members to ensure timely accounts payable processing and provides backup coverage when needed.
