Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure compliance with testing methods and procedures. Manage chemical inventory and controlled materials, coordinate purchasing, maintain testing records, perform analytical and physical process-control testing, troubleshoot equipment, and support audits including NADCAP and customer surveillance audits. Lead continuous improvement, corrective actions, new process implementation, vendor and customer communications, and employee coaching and development.

Prepare parts for production by prioritizing jobs, selecting racking procedures, wiring or clipping parts to racks or hoists, and removing processed parts. Complete required paperwork, follow PPE and safety procedures, properly dispose of hazardous waste, and maintain a clean work area. This physically active manufacturing role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50–75 pounds. No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Manage assigned aerospace customer accounts and programs by coordinating operations, shipping, quality, finance, planning, scheduling, and customer service. Track order status and completion dates, resolve holds and delays, coordinate truck routes and order splits, support expedited orders, and ensure required engineering documentation is available for processing. Maintain customer contacts and communications while escalating issues to leadership to achieve on-time delivery of conforming parts.
