Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare and finish parts, run and test media/specimens, perform basic preventative maintenance, coordinate production schedules with customer service, and address production issues to meet customer requirements.

The role involves selecting racking procedures, performing quality checks, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean working area. Candidates must wear PPE and communicate effectively. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

The Planner role involves reviewing customer specifications, developing work instructions for manufacturing, analyzing engineering drawings, maintaining the MRP database, and scheduling workflows while providing technical support.
