The role serves multiple Madison-area branches and requires expertise in financial services sales, investment management, financial planning, and client relationship development.

Oversees daily accounting operations, reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger controls, cash management, payment systems, and month-end through year-end close activities. Ensures GAAP compliance, audit readiness, regulatory reporting, and accurate financial records. Leads process improvements, system testing, procedure documentation, and cross-functional issue resolution while coaching accounting staff and supporting budgeting, tax filings, and accounts payable operations.

Leads infrastructure engineering teams responsible for enterprise platforms, applications, networks, servers, cloud systems, data centers, operations, and service reliability. Develops technology roadmaps, architecture standards, modernization plans, budgets, and vendor strategies. Oversees security, compliance, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, incident response, service metrics, ticket queues, capacity planning, and 24x7 on-call support. Recruits and develops staff while coordinating infrastructure projects, migrations, operational changes, and business-critical outage resolution.

Analyze complex financial and organizational data using SQL, dbt, and Tableau to create dashboards, models, pipelines, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with business partners to define analytics needs, validate results, document data assets, maintain reporting tools, provide technical assistance, and present insights to leadership. The role also includes peer review, project coordination, vendor evaluation, and mentoring junior analysts.

Assists the IT Technical Services team with building, deploying, upgrading, troubleshooting, relocating, and recycling laptops, desktops, VDI, network, and mobile devices. Coordinates with end users, installs applications, migrates settings, validates functionality, authors documentation, supports office moves, and organizes work areas. The internship also provides foundational exposure to network infrastructure, system operations, customer service, and process development.

Develops, tests, reviews, deploys, and maintains software solutions using .NET and C#. Responsibilities include database design, vendor integrations, secure coding, production troubleshooting, peer reviews, Agile collaboration, release support, and technical coaching. Partners with business units and technology teams to estimate work, manage risks, document solutions, and deliver reliable, scalable applications.
