Collaborates with lending, accounting, vendors, brokers, and regulatory stakeholders while maintaining procedures, policies, compliance, and reporting accuracy.

Investigates suspected fraud, money laundering, scams, and account abuse; analyzes transactions and evidence, documents findings, supports regulatory and law-enforcement reporting, mitigates financial risk, and resolves member escalations. The role monitors fraud trends, develops prevention recommendations, maintains case records, supports BSA/AML compliance, collaborates with internal and external partners, and guides analysts on high-risk cases.

Provides administrative, operational, and project support across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, DEIB, Total Rewards, Wellness, and People Operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, documentation, onboarding and training coordination, employee program support, record maintenance, event logistics, reporting, compliance activities, and process improvement. The role is a year-long, part-time academic-year internship with full-time summer hours.

Leads infrastructure engineering teams responsible for enterprise platforms, applications, networks, servers, cloud systems, data centers, operations, and service reliability. Develops technology roadmaps, architecture standards, modernization plans, budgets, and vendor strategies. Oversees security, compliance, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, incident response, service metrics, ticket queues, capacity planning, and 24x7 on-call support. The role also includes peer review, project coordination, vendor evaluation, and mentoring junior analysts.
