Supports information security governance, risk, and compliance programs through policy management, regulatory compliance, audits, risk assessments, third-party cybersecurity evaluations, control reviews, remediation tracking, and security awareness training. The role maintains risk registers, coordinates with auditors and regulatory examiners, evaluates vendor security, facilitates governance meetings, and aligns security practices with frameworks including NIST, COBIT, and CIS Critical Controls.

Leads daily deposit services operations and supports EFT initiatives. Oversees transaction processing, account servicing, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, reporting, process improvements, and service-level adherence. Partners with internal teams to maintain procedures, address member pain points, monitor operational metrics, and implement solutions for regulatory and operational changes. Provides technical expertise, staff performance support, cross-functional project participation, and day-to-day leadership within Membership Services.

Leads enterprise product strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio performance across banking and digital channels. Owns checking and deposit strategy, including pricing, fees, debit cards, and digital experiences. Directs digital product leadership, aligns technology and operations, drives member research and behavioral analytics, and ensures launch readiness. Partners with marketing, finance, risk, and compliance while developing product governance, regulatory fluency, and high-performing product teams.
