Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a talent advisor, build diverse pipelines, provide market and compensation insights, and use recruiting metrics to guide decisions. Manage multiple searches across functions and levels while improving recruiting processes, tools, interview practices, reporting, and candidate experience. This is an in-office New Jersey role with occasional travel.

The Controller leads the accounting function, overseeing the general ledger, financial close, US GAAP reporting, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and complex inventory, revenue, lease, and intercompany accounting.
