Develop and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning and computer vision algorithms for automated vehicle inspection. Responsibilities include creating proof-of-concepts, transitioning research into production systems, benchmarking models on large datasets, applying data-centric AI methods, and optimizing real-time inference across edge and cloud environments. The role collaborates with infrastructure, MLOps, and hardware teams.

Owns business outcomes across six enterprise dealer groups, driving adoption, ROI, expansion readiness, and operational consistency across multiple locations. Influences dealership leadership, translates performance data into executive insights, identifies scalable solutions, and partners with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations. Builds scalable customer success playbooks and operates autonomously across complex accounts. Requires approximately 40–50% travel to dealership locations.

Provides day-to-day hardware, software, connectivity, and AV support; provisions devices and user accounts across Mac, Windows, and Linux; maintains server room and network infrastructure; coordinates maintenance windows, vendors, purchases, and IT projects; manages Jira tickets and SLAs; documents runbooks and guides; and supports compliance, IAM, security, and process automation initiatives.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering group (AI, full‑stack, AIOps, QA, data). Own delivery, planning, prioritization, risk management, people development, and alignment to business outcomes.

Lead execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities for assigned verticals (Fleet, Rental, Dealership). Manage Field Service Engineers and vendors, ensure SLA compliance, capacity planning, cost targets, and cross-functional coordination with Sales and Implementation to translate commitments into executable operational plans.
