Manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform: configure custom records, workflows, saved searches, reports, and user roles; handle data imports, audits, and release management; integrate third-party apps; provide user support and collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and supply chain to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Lead global demand forecasting and consensus planning, generate statistical consumption forecasts and financial demand budgets, optimize inventory and portfolio via ABC-XYZ and analytics, track KPIs (MAPE, bias, logistics, NWC, SLOB), drive new-item forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to align planning with manufacturing, distribution and business strategy.

Lead execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities for assigned verticals (Fleet, Rental, Dealership). Manage Field Service Engineers and vendors, ensure SLA compliance, capacity planning, cost targets, and cross-functional coordination with Sales and Implementation to translate commitments into executable operational plans.

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering group (AI, full‑stack, AIOps, QA, data). Own delivery, planning, prioritization, risk management, people development, and alignment to business outcomes.
